Elle

Farming has been a born and bred passion for Elle, with her background being predominantly dairy for the last 17 years. Growing up on the beautiful North West Coast in Tasmania has seen Elle progress from Farm Hand to middle level management and then onto running a very successful 1200 cow share farm with her husband for the last 5 years. Elle and her husband purchased their own farmland in Tasmania 9 years ago that began as a traditional runoff block. After farming the traditional way for a year, Elle was aware that the farm needed to diversify and grow. She opened up accommodation on farm and moved into regenerative farming. This business has grown into a successful beef and large egg production farm. As an employer, she has an understanding of the needs and the importance of a good team. Elle prides herself on her teams over the years and credits them to the success of the business.
