Ben is a skilled Stockman with over seven years in the cattle industry. He confidently handles everything from mustering and yardwork to branding, weaning, and animal health management. With a solid team of handy horses and capable dogs, he knows how to work cattle calmly and get the job done right! He is also confident with all aspects of property work and property improvements, whether it’s water installation or new fencing.
He keeps machinery in top shape, can weld with both stick and mig, holds an MR licence, and is confident in operating a range of machinery, including tractors, loaders, graders, bobcats, and backhoes.
Ben has led teams of up to four as a Leading Hand, and is currently running his own contracting business, but is keen to settle into a long-term Overseer or Assistant Manager role in QLD. His wife is just as handy and always happy to lend a hand. They’re ready to bring their skills to the right team and make a place their long-term home.
